ARC Guidelines & Forms

The mission of the Architectural Review Committee is to preserve and protect, for all property owners, the architectural and aesthetic values set forth in the current Burlingame Covenants. The Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors. They have volunteered their time to objectively review requests for changes to our properties' exteriors, be it paint, new roof, landscaping, or home expansion. This Committee also reviews all new residence construction to ensure that the resulting product appropriately fits in our neighborhood and satisfies all of the governing documents of our association.

 

As of October 15, 2026, the Burlingame POA Board of Directors, as approved by the ARC, approved a resolution to replace the ARC Guidelines last updated in August 2026. They encourage all property owners to become familiar with the new guidelines adopted at that meeting.
