Welcome to the Home page of the Burlingame Property Owners Association! Burlingame is a private mountain community set against the backdrop of incredible Blue Ridge Mountain vistas, and is surrounded by the sounds of streams and waterfalls. We have an amazing collection of amenities, including parks, hiking trails, trout waters, fishing ponds and an associated Country Club with a beautiful Club House, dining, golf, tennis, a world class fitness center, swimming pool, croquet and much more. The Burlingame Property Owners' Association (BPOA) works for its 600+ members to maintain the roads, parks, trails and landscaping of common areas. The BPOA also provides Architectural guidance, security, member services and other activities, including the Friends of Miller Park and Friends of Burlingame Hiking Trails. In 2014, the BPOA opened its new Office and Maintenance facility located on Sapphire Road.

Showcase Video re: The Eclipse at Gorges

The Friends of State Parks in Raleigh, in conjunction with The Friends of Gorges State Park and the Park's staff, commissioned a short video highlighting the August 2017 total eclipse and its impact at the Park. Our neighbor had over 6,000 visitors to the Park that day, and while the weather wasn't ideal for viewing totality, the event was considered a success by the vast majority of attendees.
